Our client needed to give this apartment a facelift to put it on the rental market. Here we carried out a Home Staging project to make it more attractive and appealing. After a deep clean and general painting, we refinished the B&B Italia Luna sofa and armchair with new colors and fabrics. We created an office area with a tempered glass desk and chair. We chose a rug, painting, cushions and some decorative accessories.
When we say we found a gem, we really mean it. This is an apartment designed entirely by architect Juan Trindade in 2000, with lighting and furniture made from mahogany wood, with small details in brushed aluminum. The use of frosted glass on the bookshelf and cowhide on the chairs and stool is a timeless example. It is a one-bedroom apartment with very generous areas, located in the heart of Lisbon, in the Baixa area of the city. It was a pleasure to make this house even more attractive.
