The Mar armchair has straight and angled lines proposing a geometric contrast to the modern style, which was introduced in Brazil in the 1950s and 1960s. Designer Regis Padilha selected jequitibá wood for its mechanical properties and the clean and homogeneous look it provides. The finish is colorless matte and polished only with natural oils. The ergonomic angle of the seat and the curve-aligned back make it highly comfortable for any living space. Jequitibá wood originates from South and Central America, including Brazil, Venezuela and Colombia and is very durable and with excellent resistance.
