Handcrafted ceiling lamp with stoneware lampshade and metal rod on the ceiling. Piece from the Jupiter series, numbered and signed by artist Alan Louis.
The process that makes this object as resistant as a stone is because it is baked more than once, at temperatures between 800 and 1400 degrees. It is through this work of sculpture and assembly and in the different firings that the object reveals itself. And these are the parameters that make curves irregular and imperfect, and highlight their uniqueness, making the object unique and exclusive.
