This Flower of Salt comes from the Atlas Mountains around Marrakech in Morocco. The existing groundwater is naturally pure, salty and very rich in natural minerals. This exceptional environment exposed to the sun and the wind gives this Flor de Sal a unique, iodized and mineral flavor that goes perfectly with meat. The porcelain pot is produced in a beautiful Majorelle blue color.
