Flower of Salt Aveiro

This Flor de Sal comes from the region of Aveiro, located on the Atlantic Coast of Portugal, with a very pronounced and bright white color and a unique purity. It is nicknamed"Diamond of Salt"and has the particularity of having a slight perfume of violet. It goes well with desserts, sweet and savory dishes based on quinoa and also foie-gras.
