Flor de Sal Algarve
This Flor de Sal is produced in the salt marshes of the Ria Formosa. Sweet on the palate and crunchy on the consistency, it is widely recognized by great chefs around the world. Its matte white color is obtained thanks to a natural drying time of around one year. A must for anyone who likes fish, tartars, ceviches, and all raw fish.
