Our client needed to give a lifting to this apartment, for the put on the rental market. Here we made a project of home staging, to make it more attractive and appealing. After a deep cleaning and general painting, we refurbished the Luna B&B Italia model sofa and armchair, with new colors and fabrics. We created an office area with a tempered glass desk and chair. We chose a rug, a painting, cushions and some decorative accessories.
When we say we caught a pearl, it's really true. This is an apartment entirely designed by the architect Juan Trindade, in the year 2000, with lighting design and furniture produced in mahogany wood, with small details in brushed aluminum. The use of frosted glass on the shelf and cowhide on the chairs and stool marks an era. It is a T1 with very generous areas, located in the heart of Lisbon, in the Baixa area of the city. It was a pleasure to make this house even more attractive.
